Campus policies
All participants, volunteers, and guests must adhere to these policies
Harassment Policy
FYS 2026 maintains a Zero Tolerance policy toward harassment of any kind — including but not limited to verbal, physical, and digital harassment.
- Dedicated Conduct Officers will be present on campus throughout the event.
- Any participant found guilty of harassment will face immediate disqualification.
- Offenders will be expelled from campus and the incident will be reported to their home institution.
This policy applies to all participants, volunteers, judges, and guests — no exceptions.
Substance Policy
The use of smoking, vaping, or any addictive substances is strictly prohibited on FCCU campus during the event.
Violations will result in immediate disqualification from all segments and removal from campus.
Accommodation
On-campus accommodation is available for out-of-station participants at a rate of PKR 1,000/day.
Participants are recommended to bring their own pillow for comfort. Bedding basics will be provided.
Accommodation booking details will be shared after registration confirmation.
Parking
On-campus parking is available for all registered participants. Please carry your registration confirmation for entry. Specific parking zones will be communicated before the event.
